Intake & Paperwork
We'll send you intake forms to complete. Share any relevant reports from paediatricians, schools, or other therapists.
Initial Assessment
Meet with your therapist for a comprehensive assessment. We'll get to know your child through play-based activities.
Goal Setting
Together, we'll develop personalised therapy goals based on the assessment and your family's priorities.
Begin Therapy
Regular therapy sessions begin! We'll keep you updated on progress and adjust goals as your child grows.

Payment & Funding Options
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding, Medicare, and private payment. Our admin team can help you understand your options.
NDIS
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We are not a registered NDIS provider.
- Plan-managed and self-managed funding welcome
- Invoices and documentation to support your claims or plan manager
- Support with plan reviews
Medicare
Eligible children can access rebates through a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) or Mental Health Care Plan.
- Up to 5 allied health sessions per year
- Requires GP referral
- Gap fee may apply
Private Pay
Self-funded appointments are welcome. We provide invoices for private health insurance claims.
